Just to start, the computer would have to be able to cast the spell Create Magic Scroll any time it printed or emailed a spell, and it would have to have enough PPE to do the job.

Check out Nightsbane, and it's description of Create Magic Scroll allows for it to be held as a computer file, so you can have it on your iPad or notebook computer. However it follows the same rules - once read & cast, it disappears. Also in AU:Galaxy Guide, there is a civilization that has a similiar system for their defence satelittes.
