I've been following Bill's Qi patchwork idea for a lot of years now and had almost forgotten about it until I read this post. With the information you've posted here I might even try to run this soon. It was a great idea back in the day and with the work you're put into the inital idea this might be a game worth running sometime soon.
So, overall, great work. We need more Palladium fans willing to put this much effort into flushing out ideas these days.

Great stuff here! You are a true inspiration to gamers like us who like to think outside the box! Suddenly I'm looking over my books and thinking "Hmmmmm... what if I try using....?" I hope others do the same (and maybe post their own examples as well?) I know I will! Again, great stuff!
