Very nice take on making a big difference on the way physical damage is done.
Cant even recall how many times it's been discussed in the past with the group i've played with about "why take Extraordinary/Super Human ps if it hits as hard as Normal , so im just gonna take Supernatural!"
I think i will try to utilize this is gaming to help bring a diversity to the players now. Awesome work!

Re: PS my own version
While I agree that having someone with EXPS doing the same amount of damage as someone with SHPS (SNPS has its own damage tables), my personal philosophy lies in the limiting of how high your PS can be depending on what your PS category is. And here's how I prefer to do things:
1. Normal PS is capped at 30, regardless of physical skills you take. If you roll a 30 for PS, then all those PS bonuses you get for boxing and other physical skills just go by the wayside.
2. Extraordinary PS is capped at 48 (again, regardless of physical skills). Why so high? Well, normal PS is capped at 30. EXPS states that if your PS is 20+ to begin with, you add 2d6+6. Which is 18. 30 + 18 = 48.
3. SHPS is capped at 56 (48 for EXPS, 2d4 for SHPS. 48 + 8 = 56).
4. There is no cap on SNPS.
Now, take a look at the caps for EX and SH. How many characters are out there with these PS scores? Not many, if I'm correct. Sure, I've had characters that came close to these caps. And not one of them had normal PS.
It should be said that if the description of something states "The character's PS is treated as [extraordinary or superhuman]", then the appropriate caps are used.
Now, SNPS has its own damage tables. And kittenstomp redid the damage tables (check the random tables of doom thread) for EX and SH. But it makes sense to place caps on the actual PS score to show that yes, you may have EXPS, but you'll never be able to be as strong as that robot that has SHPS.
I know that there's a topic out here somewhere where somebody posted an alien with just a sick PS (mid 100s, I believe). I can't find the thread, but if someone does find it let me know. I'd like to look at that build again.

Re: PS my own version
For EOPS, I just add +1die to the damage pool and SHPS I add +2die
example:
Normal Strength Human Punch: 1D4
Extraordinary Strength Human Punch: 2D4
Superhuman Strength Human Punch: 3D4
Normal Strength Human Kick: 2D6
Extraordinary Strength Human Kick: 3D6
Superhuman Strength Human Kick: 4D6
example:
Normal Strength Human Punch: 1D4
Extraordinary Strength Human Punch: 2D4
Superhuman Strength Human Punch: 3D4
Normal Strength Human Kick: 2D6
Extraordinary Strength Human Kick: 3D6
Superhuman Strength Human Kick: 4D6
