How do I make the saber-teeth describe below fit with the head being helmet-like?
I not sure how to make it sound right. What books have pictures and/or descriptions of evil looking armor? 2
Is there any character that are permanently encased in armor as punishment and what other characters besides the Corrupt have armor that is a living part of them? 3
Also what site is the best at having pictures of evil looking medieval armor?4
Eleven-inch dagger-shaped teeth protrude from both heads’ upper jaws. These teeth are tapered to an edge on both the front and the back cusps.

1 This sounds much like the megaversal class I'm working on. However, to handle this within HU is easy. Fallen Godling (PU2) with a fixed monsterus form, that have the Bio-armor, set to always 'On'.
2 Use words, Rewrite till it is right. [corollary "Practice makes perfect".]
3 There are other races that as stuck inside their armor (life support shell). But off hand I cant think of any canon classes such.
4 Dev. Art is probibly the best place to find something.

May you be blessed with the ability to change course when you are off the mark.

Well, obviously the teeth either have to poke through holes in the mask that fit closely to them...or the mask is bonded to the teeth with the metal encasing them like a kind of sheath. Did you say both heads?

Possibly use an Alien with a corrosive or abrasive environment to describe it?
