Whats your favorite SAMAS PA? I like the Coalition's "Death Head' PA-06A SAMAS PA & 'Pale Death' QPA-101 SAMAS PA because they both have a Rail Gun instead of Energy Weapons.

Wild Weasel & Super Samas are so cool. The CS should produce Wild Weasels knock offs to support the older samas and really could of come in handy in the Free Quebec war.

The Japanese SAMAS. If you happen to be immune to energy, that's when the GBs get involved :) Aside from FQ, the Republic of Japan is the only one using NEMA and American tactics.

The original andthe wild weasel variants come in second and third respectively, because the original is still hands down one of the best armors in Rifts, and the Wild Weasel is the second best modification of it (the Japanese Samurai SAMAS being the first best).

1# Sidewinder - I would have put Wild WEasel, but the weasel has a limited use, while the Sidewinder is much more better suited for different opponents
2# Old Style Samas Armor - Because is a classic, like James Bond's Aston Martin
3# Silver Eagle - Because is the new model, and very very cool looking

1: Violator SAMAS. Perez art rules and he drew those things to flat out rock. Much like the 'wilks laser sword' I'd use them even if they had vastly inferior stats, because STYLE means something. The vibro blade wings, the FW Helmet/Armor aesthetic, it's just badass all the way to the ground.

2: Smiling Jack SAMUS. Again it's a style thing. They're not the strongest but they're cool.

3: NEMA Silver Eagle SAMUS: Again, not for stats, but for style.

For me it's generally tied between the FQ V-Sam and the Special Forces Striker Sam.

The V-Sam is really cool and powerful, however the Striker Sam has the upgraded power capacity but is stylized similarly to the old Death Head SAMAS
Shoot or Die, it's the name of the game.

I like the japan SAMAS the best. It looks the coolest.

If limiting the area to just NA, then the one in spirit west (I think). The original SAMAS design that the CS one was modeled on.

It's a tie between the VSAM and the Wild Weasel for me. If you really want my dream SAM, it's a VSAM with the turbo thrust system exchanged for an anti-gravity system. Instead of wrist rockets I'd prefer Arkhon tri-beams. I'd add a back up TW energy supply and use that to power a TW ECM package.
