Wolf related question

I'm pretty sure that Monsters & Animals is the book you want. As to barding, I'm really not sure. You're probably going to have to fudge the stats and cost.

The PF Book has stats for Wolves on page 211. It doesn't have basic attributes like IQ, ME, MA and the such, just basic stats like damage, actions per melee, HP/SDC and speed.
Also Chaos Earth: Creatures of Chaos page 12 has more information about their abilities and bonuses against Demons.

And yeah, dog barding doesn't exist - just make something up.

Another thought - if you have access to a book with mutant animals in it (TMNT, ATB, HU2), you could just use the base animal from there.
