With R:UE, what are your oppinions on requiring the Aimed Shot action to receive the aimed shot bonuses provided by some weapons (notably, the Wilk's line). I think most would agree that even a standard main body shot is done by aiming down the sights, unless it is wild.
I think I prefer the R:UE rules to the RMB ranged combat rules, but in RMB, these bonuses would have been granted to your standard single-action pull of the trigger. Of course, shot bonuses increase with level now, and I don't think they did in the original RMB rules.

A few guns state that the bonuses are on all shots.
Most specify "Aimed" shots only, but that makes it all the more worthwhile to spend that extra attack aiming.
