Thank you for the Lazlo articles

I don't know if the author of the two Lazlo Rifter articles is a regular poster here, but if he is I would just like to convey my thanks to him. I felt there was just the right amount of detail on the city and some of its notable people - not too little, and especially not too much! I was able (or will be able) to incorporate a lot of the material into the story my current character is experiencing.

If there's anything about the article I would completely dismiss, however, it would be the extra skills, bonuses and abilities that the article "gives" to characters born and raised there. That seemed way too "over the top" for my tastes.

It's unfortunate that none of the TW items made it to publication - there's mention of a section for these new items a few times, but there is no such section.

Still, a very awesome resource for the City of Lazlo. Thanks again!

In the campaign http://www.obsidianportal.com/campaign/ ... /main-page I and the players have drawn pretty heavily from the article and, even without the city map, Lazlo very quickly became the group's "base of operations" in the wake of the fall of Tolkeen.
