Time slip can look like a short ranged T-port, from the outside.

Astral Hole[11th level, 120 PPE, 1 melee round/level] fits your request very well. On top of the spell's other functions, while in effect it will allow multiple short-range line of sight teleports; 2000 to 4000 feet, depending on terrain.
Mystic Portal[10th level, 60 PPE] can also be used for a very short range teleport of 100ft per level.

Re: Looking for short range teleports or blinks.
The best one of all is the Mystic China chi spell Ride the Yin Tiger. For the duration, it lets you teleport to any place you can see with a single step, or anyplace you have been before, with no range or dimensional limits. You can walk from planet to planet, galaxy to galaxy, dimension to dimension, with each new step, for the entire direction, so long as it's someplace you've seen before. It also has other minor benifits like being able to command any undead or vampires for the duration as well.

Rappanui wrote:Teleport Self is also included in HU Gm Guide. What you want though, is D-Step, a Temporal Magic Spell and Phase Mystic psionic ability. One is found in Worldbook 3 England, and the other is in Phase World Main book. D step functions in a manner similar to the 7 league boots, It lets you skip all the space between objects while traveling.
That's only a Phase Mystic ability, not a Temporal Magic spell.

Re: Looking for short range teleports or blinks.
D-Step, while a great spell and a dimension manipulation spell that would be in any Temporal mages' repertoire, is a standard Invocation spell not a Temporal spell.

The new breed of Vampire in Shadows of Light actually has an ability called Blink which does this, if I recall.

Pg 103, the Strigoi DO have Blink. I'm not seeing mention of other creatures being able to do it.

I think we should now discuss where the Cosmic Forge is hiding its Flooper Cosmo Knights.
