TW Anti-Vampire -CFT Cartridge

TW Anti-Vampire -CFT Cartridge
This items takes a Standard CFT Energy cartridge and has a Techno-Wizard attach a small Quartz crystal to the end of the Cartridge with some very thin brass wire, then several mystic symbols and circuit patterns are etched into the outside of the Cartridge.
The result is that the Energy discharge from the cartridge becomes enchanted. This allows the weapons to inflict half (½) of its regular damage to Vampires as Hit Point damage. The changes to the cartridge are so minor that they can still be used in a standard CFT weapon without modification.

Device Level: One. P.P.E. Construction Cost: 2. Spell Chain Needed: Primary Spell: Globe of Daylight (2). Physical Requirements: a CFT Energy Cartridge, and a small Quartz Crystal lens worth 10 credits. Duration of Charge: One Shot Construction Time: 10 minutes to convert one cartridge

CFT (a subsidiary of Wilks) has released no comment about this modification of the CFT Energy Cartridges other then the modification of the cartridges voids any warranty agreement and the company is not responsible for any accidents due to the use of modified Ammo.

What about changing the damage to sunlight so that it will inflict extra damage to vampires?

When our group came up with these long ago the idea was that the Globe of Daylight spell would turn the laser energy from the cartridge into Near-Sunlight and do their full damage to vampires. But the GM ruled the energy in the cartridge is never indicated as being light energy so it just made it into a energy blast that only do 1/2 normal damage to vampires.

Ok, what about adding the spell "Dessicate the Supernatural" for extra damage?
