Lifeblast, enchanted to go off on impact, on a missle weapon (arrow, bullet, bolt, stone what ever) it hits, and *pfff* no more zombie.
The rules are not a bludgeon with which to hammer a character into a game. They are a guide to how a group of friends can get together to weave a collective story that entertains everyone involved. We forget that at our peril.

You beat me to it.
I was going to say any TW weapon with Lifeblast. Pistol, rifle, sword, grenade for area effect, etc.
My apologies up front if my posts come across as argumentative or crass. It is not a personal attack on anyone, just my blunt style. I bear no ill will towards anybody that plays Palladium Games (there’s not enough of us to hold a grudge).

In other games Disintgrate and other no condition "destroy all targets" kill zombies too. Rifts has spells a plenty for that.

An ice arrow would be cool since you could immobilize them without destroying them, for later study.

Use this spell in some TW enchantment.

Explode Zombie
Level 5
Range: line of sight out to 50 feet per level
Duration: 1 min per level
Saving throw: none (dodge)
PPE: 50
Made by a the ArchMage Daniel McMahon, who was a explorer of worlds. After visiting a world over run with zombies. Wanting to return to that world to study the different zombies there. He invented this spell to be able to protect himself from any zombie attack during his next trip to that world. Daniel made several return trips to the world, but never returned from his 7th trip. It is presumed that he met his end, being killed or converted.

Each melee round of the spell's effect the mage can target two zombies with a exploder bolt, having a +5 to hit any zombie. Each zombie hit, flays apart, with it's parts scattered in a debris patten blown away from the mage. This dose not "kill" the zombie, just blows it apart. Other means are needed to destroy the zombie permanently. So cling-on hands and teeth are still a problem.
This spell only works 100% of the time on zombies, and 50% of the time on other animated dead. Has no effect on the living and the undead.
May you be blessed with the ability to change course when you are off the mark.

Q: what happens if I use the 'Remove Heart' ritual from Mystic China on a zombie?

If the heart was part the ritual I think it might be easy to kill by destroying the heart.

Zombies don't die from destroying their hearts though, only their heads.

But it seems like it would make them even more resistant to damage and stuff.

Presumably if you destroyed a zombie's heart it would either leave a gaping hole or they might be able to regrow it like they can their eyeballs, not totally clear on that bit.

Also wondering if a zombie was very fresh if a vampire could feed on their blood.

Not all Zombies are made equal. But I'll so a GM may rule destroying the heart or Eyes (they may be the way to the soul) may cause them to cease functioning.

As for vamps...if they can feed on the dead they can feed on zombies I would say. Provided they still have human/compatible blood in them. No turning them but could if desperate feed.

Perhaps a zombie that's still very fresh (undecayed from Dead Reign) could have fresh blood to feed on. I imagine any that began to decay it would turn sour and not sate a vampire's thirst though.
