Robotech RPG Tactics at 2015 Open House

I think this new game will be a large draw to bringing in new blood to Palladium and it's various IPs. I think that will be reflected at the 2015 Palladium Open House by a larger turnout. Depending on the increase of attendance and because of the fact the games will take up quite a bit of space, will that affect things? I think they may need a better layout for games at the warehouse or they may need to do something like they did at Fanfare and get a convention hall or 2. I think Fanfare will have a bigger draw as well once that game is actually out. What are other people's thoughts? Who plans on running or playing in Robotech RPG Tactics games at the Palladium Open House in 2015? I know I plan on playing, but am not sure if i want to run any games Robotech or otherwise.

Im not interested in robotech or the game until Ive played it (I know zero about the lore).

I did think the same thing though. I figured the RTRPGT game was the reason we're now seeing a POH 2015.

I think that would have happened without Robotech. I grew up on Robotech and was more a fan of that than Transformers. I watch it with my kids now. I heavily invested in the Kickstarter and I have been buying up terrain as I am not very skilled at building such things. I've never honestly tried so I assume my money is well spent. I plan on bringing an army of Robotech and one of Zentradi to play there. I'm thinking that they may have to have either separate locations for the Robotech part of it, or the whole thing may have to be at another location. It would be lame if it were at different locations because I'd like to do both. Either way it will take a lot more time overall with the added setup and breakdown as well as the planning.

Actually I planned on coming in on Wednesday if possible and leaving Monday. That way I can possibly help with the setup and cleanup if I don't have my kids.

I wouldn't bring everything I bought as that is over 360 pieces and there isn't enough time in the weekend to make use of it all. I'll bring an army of each side, but I doubt I'd bring it all.

Just got tickets for this. Luckily I'm local and have a good amount of terrain that I am willing to bring in. Will probably have enough to fill a couple of tables.

Assuming travel from AK to Detroit goes smoothly (never a given when you are above the Arctic Circle in conditions that most people would call winter even though it'll be mid-May), I should be there at 5:30 on Friday and will be there until about 4 on Sunday.

I will be bringing a 300 point UNMC Destroid force for the tournie and possibly a 300 point Zentradi force for pick up games.
