What NPC's have interesting equipment/weapons/armor?
Considering the scope of material of the Rifts/Rifts: Dimension Books, I thought other people might have spotted interesting things in the books that belong to NPCs but are never fleshed out as equipment.
For example, Slice (Merc Town Pg 132) is an invisible long sword with some interesting bonuses.

I don't really pay a lot of attention to the equipment of NPCs so I can't really think of a lot of examples of interesting artifacts but I think Alistair Duscon has a staff which increases his spell level - I always thought that was both unique and exceptionally cool.
Slice isn't really as interesting as it looks though - it just seems to be another case of the books calling something TW just because it is magic. Its enchantments are very telling in that it is created through Palladium Fantasy-style alchemy. It has both the invisible weapon enchant (+3 on initiative and +2 to strike and parry) and the Super-Sharpness enchant (+4 to damage and lowers the critical strike requirements by 2 points). It might also have the Additional Damage enchant to get an extra 1D6 of damage.

I'm not familiar with this person. What kind of goodies does he have?
Oh, and to the OP, there is a ton of "specialty" gear in Pantheons of the Megaverse.

As he is looking to skip town he has no less than a self charging PPE battery that holds 120 ppe (possibly powered by a Prosek's soul), a Ring of Elder (Dude is not a spellcaster) Freaking Ironbane (dude doesn't even have the sword WP), in addition to a collection of mundane and techno wizard items.

Robbing this chump does indeed seem to be the best move.

The Problem being that he is a gunfighter with the shiniest toys an entire magical nation at war footing for years and a mob of deadly amoral types who follow him everywhere. Not the lowest branch to choose from, but probably worth it.
