NPC's - need some help
Does anyone have any work or text files of pre gen coalition guys, I am kicking off a new campaign and of course Prosek and his goons are the bad guys so I need some stats quick...
Any help would be great. Or if anyone knows where some 1 - 3 lvl goons are in what book let me know I have most of the books and a local well stocked game store!

The origional Rifts Main Book has Quickroll CS adversaries and I think Colalition Overkill has some generic CS Occs.

There are the CS NPCs stat'ed out in the CS/Tolkeen wars books.
May you be blessed with the ability to change course when you are off the mark.
Each question should be give the canon answer 1st, then you can proclaim your house rules.

Don't make this award just go have some fun!
I threw that together from random research and touched it up so that I could just print it off and have it next to me for "random encounters" encase my PC's wanted to run into a wretched den of scum and villains or something else that I had not prepared for. I have to still do some minor touch ups but its certainly useable. Enjoy it.

I am working on a stat block file for my Rifts game. I already have one for Dead Reign zombies. By the time I am done, I will have not only Coalition but bandits, Sploogies and a few other choice stat blocks.

i'm wondering if this file of AK's is the one I'm looking for. I prented out a multipage documement of npc encounters..and for the life of me can't find the source material anywhere. when i try to access this file it says unavailable. any help?

Similar, but not the same. I had more categories with more types (including fire fighters, medics, etc) and rifts-themed gear and vehicles. Along with how many credits they were carrying on them at the time for pick pockets, etc. Same sort of premise though.
