Rules of Sci-Fi Survival:

*Stumpy's Law---If you absolutely MUST poke an alien creature, fallen meteor, or unfamiliar piece of technology, choose a longer stick than what you currently have.

*Haydon's Law---When accepting gifts of alien technology, politely ask for all accompanying technical data, blueprints, and service manuals, and thoroughly test before adopting as a standard piece of equipment in your forces. Defy any objections to the scrutiny as part of normal organizational bureaucracy.

*Zor's Law---Don't bottleneck your energy supply by relying on something with a finite supply, or a difficult to produce/easy to hijack source.

*Sulaco's Law---If your vessel has been invaded by a parasitic lifeform, even though you think you've defeated it, before entering hibernation, go over every square inch of your vessel to make sure you've really gotten rid of it. Ideally, destroy or jettison any portions of the vessel/equipment the alien lifeform could have come into contact with. If necessary, abandon the vessel completely and resort to smaller lifecraft.

*Allamagoosa's Law---Do not rely on the first translation of alien communications to make policy decisions. Consider several different interpretations of the translation and devise appropriate planning for each.

*Kane's Law---If a crewmember or colleague has been attacked and parasitized by an unknown alien organism, destroy them immediately. Even if the alien is benign, the burden of proof is on them to prove benign intent and it should know better than to attack possible friends/allies. You can mourn your lost colleague later, with your extended life expectancy.

Vasquez' Law Of Space Combat--Let's ROCK!! (Massive burst of machine gun fire soon follows)

Hick's Law Of Space Combat--Always carry an extra weapon -- for close encounters.

Dredd's Law--If they don't drop their weapons when ordered, they're guilty. Hold up. They have weapons, they're already guilty.

The Punisher's Law--The guilty must be punished. (BLAMBLAMBLAMBLAM!!)

There's been several Judge Dredd/Batman xovers; that seems to have established DC as the Dredd xover of choice. A pity; woulda been interesting to have seen Dredd meet the Punisher.
Not that there would be much of a contest; Dredd would see the Punisher as a illegal vigilante usurping the law for his own purposes, while the Punisher would see the Judges as the tyrannical police state enforcers.
Ultimately, though, Dredd would probably turn the Punisher loose on the last page after they fought some common enemy*, but Dredd would get in the last word.

(*After all, Dredd lets Batman go, but only after giving him a stern warning. In later xovers, he beats the snot out of Wayne rather than tell him that he's only free because Anderson's prophecized that a free and living Batman is vital to the future survival of Megacity One)

And the Turning of a Page"

There has been some Predator/Batman crossover, and Superman/Alien, Superman/Terminator crossovers, also.

Little known fact, it wasn't Zor who seduced the Regess. The Masters sent Kirk.

Don't forget: Shapeshifting and Universal Genetic Compatibility, so he/she/it isn't limited to one species/gender. :P
