Hp+sdc I would imagine. So physical endurance +1D6 per level +sdc from skills and occ.
Off the top of my head around 120mdc for a man at arms type.

PE + 1d6 per level + bonus MDC from OCC is the official formula (found on page 151), but I think that most GMs would also have the sdc bonuses from skills count towards MDC as well.

Drei's right, 151 also mentions that vagabond/wildScout can be used to make an assassin/thief/bandit/criminal and get 30 or d4x10 MDC which is odd since those two are adventurer classes and would normally only get 5d6 sdc not man-at-arms level. Plus the average of d4x10 is 25...
