No. Greater familiars (if they even have an OCC) do not increase in level with you. First greater familiars do not have an OCC or RCC. The only way this would happen is that the GM allowed it.
Even if the GM allowed the lesser demon to have an occupation. They are a totally seperate being and thus level just like two players would level up at different rates compared to each other. Now, how much xp and when this happens is completely up to the GM.
Again demonic supernatural being do not tend to have "level of xp" associated with them.
