PF2 monsters and animals with the rest of the giants. And in the RCB1 & RCB1r.
As for say Zeus's father type titan...RCB2 Only Cronus is mentioned, and they twisted the mythology into something that fit the PB megaverse.

So you mean the race of giants known as "Titans'" from Palladium Fantasy? In Rifts they are written up in the first conversion books - Rifts Conversion Book 1 and Rifts Conversion Book 1: Revised. The latter is just the updated version of the former.
