Any body know if this title is dead or still in production?

It is being mentioned still with its two sister books in the last couple major update/blurbs as things being worked on. Not sure if they will get produced but they are at least still on the potential slate at this time. If they do wind up doing those then pretty much the major area not covered in north america would be the west coast because everything east of the rockies pretty much has at least some useful world book info covering it once they finish up the gulf coast area between lonestar and the dino swamp.
