little help please
OK so got the rifter 43 pdf for the splicers character Senator Nicole Teigs, looks great glad I was able to finally get it. Where do they talk about enhancements for weapons hand held melee and ranged weapons?

can you update the OP in the published splicers material thread to reflect that rifter 0 has 2 articles in it? and possibly some others that haven't been in there. it seems like the poster is not really around any more, or at least not often.
or perhaps if we put together a single fully updated post that you could copy/paste as a mod and sticky it or something?
