Would anyone be interested in this challenge

-Create an elite fighting order on par with Oni Ninjas except they are Military Operatives with extensive skill sets( MOS are optional), top of the line military equipment and have a unique martial art with a minimum training peroid of 10 years.

Uncanny Targeting and Throwing
Mind and Body Attuned.
For the one minor power.
Wizardly(Blackvault minor power)
1/2 mental endurance in spells chosen from levels 1-4.

So a Military Specialist education group.
Broad Spectrum Physical Attribute Enhancement.
New Bionic Weapon system.
Mentally Enhanced.
Process bestows minor Spell Abilities.

Sdc units listed above.

For Mdc Units.
One additional Skill Program of choice +15% bonus.
Ps remains Extraordinary.
+652 Eperience points a level.
Hp+Sdc=Mdc.
Not a supernatural creature. No bonuses or penalties as such.

Process only works on Humans and Humanlike Aliens from Earthlike Planets.

My concept was for Humans to be in Oni space using superior numbers and intel to keep the Oni ninja in check.
In H2H the advantage lies with the Ninja....until you hit em up with sticky carpet and grenaded or volleys of poison blades...or use invisibility to catch a sneak attack...

I was thinking more like some guys who had a genetic abnormality that allowed them to super focus PPE to do some crazy stuff, but they don't use magic per se.

Call them the Knights of the Midnight Star, so formed in the black of a moonless night where they first faced supernatural evil and beat the living tar out off it in hand to hand combat.

Working on the form still, trying to avoid stepping all over toes of things that already exist, but probably still gonna recycle some stuff.

Power Category:(I think this is cheating) Special Training; Either Hunter/Vigilante or Secret Operative.

With enough bionics a Secret Operative could handle the Oni without being a Megahero but!
I feel unless a mega to level the playing field the advantage lies with the Oni.

The ninjas have crazy hand to hand skills yo.
