Well, it would take care of the greek Underworld/Hades for certain, but still leaves with the matter of the realms of Ravana, Kansa, Ereshkigal and Yama, all of which reign over parts of the dimensional realm of Hades, according to CB2...

Pantheons 52 mentions that Ereshkigal would like to expand her realm at the expense of entities living in Hades, meaning she may be interested in conquering a portion of it (or perhaps just enslaving demons from Hades to conquer other realms) but I can't see where it talks about her already controlling a portion of it. She controls a realm, a hellish dimension, but it could easily be a separate dimension from Hades.

Pantheons 112 says Modeus hasn't challenged Ravana regarding his "underworld" kingdom, so like Aidoneous, it is implied to be underground.

Pantheons 135 is less specific about the location of Yama's part, but considering he is conspiring with Mictla (who lives underground) it seems to be implied that his portion is also underground, similarly not interfering with the surface maps we are given of Hades.

I looked on pages 138-139 but could not find mention of Kansa ruling a portion of Hades, although it seems likely he has at least a small outpost there if he can call on over a hundred baal-rogs.
