Rifts Poker Cards, Deck One and Two - available now

Unread post by AlexM »

Deck One is full color and comes in a color tuck box when you order from Palladium.

Deck Two has a color back but the face cards consist of black and white line art with a color border. You also get them in a color tuck box if you order from us.

Real question, not being snarky. If it was and you printed it out how would you make a nice deck, like to look nice and feel like a real deck?

I'm mostly interested in the PDFs, because I plan on playing Savage Rifts online via Roll20 and Fantasy Grounds, and it would be cool to get the cards already created. I could spend the time scanning a bunch of art from my Rifts library, and building the decks for myself. But, I'd rather give Palladium my money, and let them do all of that work.

I hadn't thought about printing them off... But, I could print them off onto blank playing cards that I can get off of Amazon, using my color laser printer. Of course, that really wasn't my intention. But, now that you mention it, I might actually give it a shot, just to see how the deck would come out.

They have a division that has a print on demand feature for playing cards.

The ones that Palladium are selling in their store are physical. They had stated that they will make them available on drivethruRPG eventually, though.

Got my cards today! I'm a little disappointed that one of the deck boxes was ripped, but otherwise I like how the cards came out. I especially enjoy that it seems there was an attempt at making a "theme" for each suit with the pictures chosen. Now that I have both in my hands I can say that personally, I think I prefer the ones with the Psyscape back over the ones with the R:UE back.

Got my giant Savage Rifts package today along with the colour Rifts card deck I added on last minute because it seemed awesome.

Love the cards, going to be perfect for the initiative deck. I appreciate the fact every card has unique art, no doubles or anything.
