the latest update suggests that Rifter 84 still needs a bit more stuff in it. I'm trying to decide what else I can submit or work on, you all should do the same!

I guess my message got lost. 
I was wondering if the original Skill System and skills with definitions and percentages from Palladium, TMNT & OS, and Heroes Unlimited could be posted in the Rifter? Those books have long been out of print but they're still references in some books. It'd be real nice to know what the original system was and what those skills are and the Rifter would be a perfect place to reprint them.
