Energy Expulsion: Energy

Hey All,

If I remember right there was an Energy Expulsion: Energy that had the ability to slice/cut a limb off. Does that sound familiar to anyone?

I can't recall limbs being severed. Maybe Energy Expulsion: Particle Beam? It does crits?

there's nothing I know of that maims people like that. Disintegration does do HP damage though?
