They have different categories,
Strong Characters (With a strength of 16 and over.) That which I assume to be normal people who can be from very strong to very unusually strong.
Robots with their robotic strengths.
Supernatural Beings with the same.
I just want to be sure that a Mutant-Animal-Person takes the third option?
It's important to know because it means they could carry a lot more weight if they are Supernatural.

Mutant animals have the same strength levels as normal humans, unless otherwise noted.
