Mystic China MA cost as skills?

Did anyone ever go through and give values as errata?

I've noticed that N&SS has Skill Costs as low as 6, but only for Exclusive arts.

Whether or not other characters have enough skill slots to buy the Martial Arts.

How much to add to a character's age when the art is purchased.
