The Lyn-Srial on page 133 of the New West World Book 14 have this as a statistic. I can only guess how it works in the game exactly, there doesn't appear to be any explanation about it. I asked the GM of the game I plan on playing a Lyn-Srial Sky-Knight in and they told me that guessed it works a lot like horror factor.
I need more information here?

HU RPG 2nd core book, page 272. first sub-power in the Divine Aura Major Super Ability, has a good description of it.

It's like horror factor, but with awe over something's looks instead of terror.
