Once upon a time stumbled into the Robotech fandom in the most bassackwards way possible: an add for the RPG in the back of Beyond the Supernatural. Dove in, and never looked back.
My first character has been lost the mists of time, but for January's #CharacterCreationChallenge, I did my best to recreate him:

I'm pleased with how he turned out.
I wanted to share a 1E character I made, once upon a time.

Since every hero needs a bad guy, here's the recreation of my antagonist from back in the mists of time:

I might use Malcolm in a game; he seems like a nice-guy.
And I haven't played Robotech in not years but decades: isn't that the highest IQ possible?

Have at him. Let me know how it goes.
Yeah, the IQ is as high as it goes without something giving a bonus. What can I say? The dice were kind.

I have found that, when I have a character (Mine, PC I'm running), gets a high natural score roll, they tend to be good, but have a flaw in other aspects which, they seem to focus on more. A PC got a good roll in Dex., but lacked in Strength, but, I't still a good roll in Dex.!

Yup. One roll in bonus territory, and it went in IQ, because he's a mechanic.
Malcolm's the recreation of a character from the late 80s but not everything's the same. I remember the IQ being high, but not that high. I remember PP being a lot better, maybe even into bonus territory. But those character sheets are dust, so this is the best I can do.
