Hotel conference rooms

Hello. Does anyone here know whether Palladium Books have hired out the meeting rooms/conference rooms at the Comfort Inn Plymouth and/or other hotels for us to use for open gaming like they have in previous years? I can't find any mention of it on the website (but I may have missed it!).

I recall that they mentioned they had NOT booked them.
