Interactive Character Sheets

Is there a single interactive character sheet (in Excel) that includes most Rifts OCCs, races, magics, psionics?

The sheet on the Palladium site looks great, I love the layout, and the fact that spells/abilities are automatically modified with character stats/level (saves a ton of time) is a godsend. I don't see that it includes Temporal magic or OCCs from all dimension books and sourcebooks. (I could be wrong because I don't own it, yet)

You should be able to copy or save it.
If you look at the bottom, you will notice tabs.
Please feel free to add or subtract the tabs you like.

And i just realized, its not as interactive as you wanted. But this is a great start.
