Are Demons Negative Chi Beings.

I have an adventure with a Character that has Chi Mastery. The player wants to use Negative Chi Abilities against a Demon. Chinese Demons are negative Chi Beings, Undead are Negative Chi Beings, but are regular Demons like a Balrog a Negative Chi Being?

I'd suggest that while non-Chinese Demons are Negative Chi beings, it's only due to their infernal nature and does not give them any Chi Mastery or defence abilities but DOES render them immune to Negative Chi Mastery Abilities. But it also means that they probably take stupid damage from any Positive Chi abilities, especially Shi Jin and maybe make the enhanced flips/throws of Chao Jin do Critical (x2) damage to the Demons.
