WB UWW
I was just looking at the discription of the coming UWW book, and I already feel disappionted. What bothers me is the page count. With all the cool stuff (like three new elemental magics) I have a feeling it's just gonna be a big teaser. I just don't feel 160 pages will be enough to space to do the material justice.
Any suggestion or comment will be helpfull.

This seems to be the format for new books lately. Maybe it's because its better to put out 160 good pages instead of an ok book with a higher page count. As fussy as the powers that be are, just be glad it's seeing print. I know I am.

I'm not sure what to say, other than I tried to write stuff (places, conflicts, organizations, O.C.C.'s and toys) that would be fun to play with/against.
The UWW is massive and I have only scratched the surface. 160 pages was the size of book that I was aiming for when I first discussed this book with Maryann.
The new elemental magics don't have as many spells as the 4 basic ones, unless Kev is adding some of his own.
I'll be interested in feedback when the book comes out this summer.
Evan though I would like a bigger book, that little problem is not going to keep me from buying it as soon as I can. I pretty sure I will like it. I have yet to find a PB release that I didn't like. I just think that I'm going to need more info to really be happy with it.
Start writing another one and I think that will help.

Can't wait for it, Dan
Personally, I haven't seen ANY new releases from Palladium since November...but then the store I patronise has opted to stop bringing Palladium products in (unless special ordered)... "They don't sell well enough / aren't popular enough."
Anyway...looks like I'll have to start looking for other ways to add to my two shelves of Palladium Books materials!
Especially with quality stuff like this (hopefully) is out there!
Hmmm...now all I have to do is convince ONE of the two groups I'm part of to play Rifts as opposed to PFRPG or 2nd ed AD&D.

"May your day be as eventful as you wish, and may your life only hurt as much as it has to." - Me...
Normality is Relative, Sanity is Conceptual, and I am neither.
