what maybe thought of a dumb question

Why in Rifts the RPA Elite have a -5% on their domestic skill rolls?
what was the reasoning behind this? Are they so unmilitary as to be
frowned upon to have them? I know alot of military people whom can sew, cook, and other domestic related skills doesnt mean they arent any good at them. So if any one can enlightened me on this please I would love to know why, thanks

I think it's a typo. lord knows palladium's had ones like this before.

they spend so much time piloting robots and power armor that they dont have time to spend cooking or sewing clothes.
