Just a couple of quick things:
Obviously I use (heavily modified) N&S combat and martial art rules.
Another big item is Nightbane's Perception rules.
In general though, I recommend getting HU2 (along with the HUGMG) for general rules on things that might come up (environmental exposure limits, fire damages, cold damages--though Northern Hinterlands reprint of the Rifts Canada material is probably more useful, effects of extreme weather conditions, magnetism (if the characters ever run into a big enough magnetic field), and all sorts of other odds and ends (like the HUGMG's sleep deprivation rules)).

i add N&SS to palladium, alot.
what can i say, i like kung fu...
as for specific additional rules...
and freaky-freaky stuff like that...
back when i was running regular games i made a site to contain all the additional i added...
