Yep, that's it.
Well, slightly modified for 4 arms. Strike and parry simultaneously, twin (or even quadruple!) strikes against the same target, strike/parry multiple targets.
However, I would throw in a negative or two. Using the Paired Weapons again, any simultaneous strike means losing any automatic parry/dodge and leaves the PC open to his opponents next attack without benefit of a parry (dodge is optional, but uses a melee action.)
