Land of the Damned works well also for demonic baddies  Im kinda curious how my group is gonna handle their first Soulhunter :demon:
What a cruel thing is war: to separate and destroy families and friends, and mar the purest joys and happiness God has granted us in this world; to fill our hearts with hatred instead of love for our neighbors, and to devastate the fair face of this beautiful world. - R E Lee
People sleep peaceably in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf. - G Orwell

I can't recall the name, but there's a substance in PFRPG Monsters & Animals which starts as a harmless black dust. When water is added to it, it bcomes a sort of animated jelly. I've always thought it would make a particularly nasty obstacle for a party of occult investigators.

Black Jelly is the name of that stuff. It is hideously evil, and much much scarier than green mold.

Agreed. It's one of those more sci-fi nasties rather than historical or Old One related, but still cool. I think my group tends to go more toward the traditional monsters; tossing this one in would be a shocker. :)
