Is Rifts "Post-Apocalyptic"?

Yeah, when I worked at the library we regarded wikipedia as a very suspect source for that reason. always try to verify any info found there with another reference source, if nothing else call your local library and ask them for help. they have print reference works to refer to and know what's reliable and what's not on the internet.
Personally, I think that we have a duty as role-players to try to anchor each other to reality a bit. To keep other gamers from being complete freaks and weirdos, or even psychopaths, if we can. Killer Cyborg
