Well I hope they will replace New Psychic O.C.C,s and R.C.C,s with Add Info on the City of Psyscape.

Info on the actual city would be great. I was sorely disappointed in the original book, particulary when I realized that there were more pages devoted to talking about psi-cola then there were devoted to talking about the city...
Personally, I think that we have a duty as role-players to try to anchor each other to reality a bit. To keep other gamers from being complete freaks and weirdos, or even psychopaths, if we can. Killer Cyborg

-A complete list Psychic Abilities (So I don't need to buy a dozen books to get the info...)
-A list of and description of the spells the Soul Harvester uses.
-A Map of Psyscape and list of major players and noted people in the city.
-Info on the Pyscape Educational institutes. even some training scenarios for students to go through...

Ya know, in all my years, nobody I have played with has ever used Astral Projection or been to the Astral Plane. Weird. I probably haven't because I'm paranoid and it seems so easy to be killed. Plus I've never had any reason to take or use the power.
I would have once..to get to a Hard drive that was very secure an Telemachnic it to read...

While I understand your sentiment, I'd much rather Palladium spent their time and effort fixing existing problems rather than creating new ones.

With the amount of times their "fixes" created more problems I don't see where your preference comes from.

While you certainly have points, Doom. the more they add they further damage what they add on.
the only real way to put something out new is start fresh..and that is NOT an option WAY too much invested already.
Fixing, While painfully slow, is a the lesser of two evils. But I digress..

And as GM you need it a casual first time player or someone who likes to play psychics like myself would love comprehensive and complete source on hand...one book all the required info a real blessing.
I'm not saying remove it, just put it in Psyscape too. If they cut and paste then do it so it helps someone..

Because KS seems to be actually going somewhere with his fixes lately. Many of the previous changes have been random, with seemingly no thought or effort put into them.
With BtSII, Splicers, and (soon) Rifts Ultimate, KS seems to be working to actually FIX the system, not just add a patch or two here or there with no thought as to how that patch will relate to the rest of the system.

Some nice point Rimmerdal, that would be worth the purchase of a book i already own, short of that i agree with others... dont fix things just to create more problems... leave it... let the players fix it... move on... write books we dont have yet !
And if we players fix it will never be OFFIcal and some would be rifts player reads it and goes..
"Wow, this book contrdicts itself...Let's buy this D20 system over here. I don't want to sit rewrite rules before I play.."
THATS why they need make repairs and OFFICALLY not, just let players do. I agree they should finish up a few areas. You all know what areas..
But just because you ignore or work around a problem doesn't mean it goes away. It only gets worse.

I think a Psyscape & The Astral Plane sourcebook should be released, containing a large amount on Psyscape itself (key people and places, unique shops, and the like) as well as on some other astral domains. Also, lots of stuff about the actual astral plane like monsters, astral bandits, and so on. No new O.C.C.s, too. That would be nice.
