Full bionic conversion dogs to help pull and protect travelers.

(it has been over 100 years since the end of the apocalyptic living on a planet that pulls people from other worlds so peoples numbers have built up.)

That's right and 100 years of being filled with usually anti human creatures... The population of humans would decline.

Not every thing that comes through the rifts is anti human that was before the 100 years.
It may be a hostile environment but the people learned to live in that environment.
(I am willing to bet most things that come through the rifts are not a threat to humans.)
The Clones are coming you shall all be replaced, but who is to say you have not been replaced already.

Master of Type-O and the obvios.

Soon my army oc clones and winged-monkies will rule the world but first, must .......

I may debate canon and RAW, but the games I run are highly house ruled. So I am not debating for how I play but about how the system works as written.

...yeah, 'cuz its been that way all throughout rifts, with the rifts spewing friendly creatures and the local humans holding hands with them and singing kumbahyah.
I have well below the IRL pop of 500,000.

Shush, I am, I'm just having an especially hard time producing fluff. I have concepts for the big hazard to human lives, about seven aircraft, two giant robots, two new weapon types, an attempt to give reasons for the older weapon types an on the fly magic system and lux ferre based off my concept elsewhere in the forums... Oh and a CS prototype gunship out for field testing with a spec ops unit charged with finding Ft. AK equipped with some new equipment. And more.
