The bigger they are, the more "weak" they are.

Actually, it's because aside from the bandage scissors in their first aid kit, the only real tools they'd have available for surgery are survival knives, a chainsaw, and the CADS blades on Lancer's Saber Cyclone. And they really didn't HAVE a serious medical officer(Rand was probably the suturer in the group).

Invid Princess #1: "Sister, what is that?"

Invid Princess #2: "I got this from the little red-headed one. It is called a Radio Tracking Detector. With this, we can track Lunky-poo anywhere on the planet."

a large, heavily modified Spartan Destroid rockets across on a pair of fusion flames, only to cut the thrust, twist in mid air and go sliding sideways plowing up a wave of snow and ice as it slides just in front of one of the giant walkers, a 10 foot Kukri cutting the walker's head off. as the walker loses its balance and falls over onto the ground, the Destroid takes 3 steps then leaps back into the air, headed to the next walker..

Then the crystalline tentacles shoot up from the interior of the glacier and begin grabbing Imperial snowtroopers and walkers alike, dragging them down under the ice where loud crunching is heard....
