Now that's bad.

"Given the choice between being assigned to a forgotten backwater rump-unit or accompanying a combat unit on a virtual suicide mission, I'll take the likelihood of a glorious and pathos-wrenching death...."
Later:
Ben Dixon: "Well, hello, what's an angle like you doing in a place like this?"
Wolff: "I saw her first!"
"Is it too late to change my mind and go with the rotting in a frozen backwater dump? Reincarnation?"

Well, actually...Toombs took exception when he learned there was an officer training film that cited him specifically and often as 'one of the things to be avoided at all cost". He thought it was libelous and obviously a crack at him pulled off by Roy Fokker.
Needless to say, the JAG ruled against him.

This too was actually made as an informal video making the rounds of Veritech squadrons, essentially as a precautionary 'this is how you can #### up".
The fact that the gun camera clips and black box footage were somehow synchronized to music and sound effects was regarded as curious....though Mauve Squadron members, once they realized who 'those losers in the film' were, found it just plain insulting, like aggravating an open wound.

It's a good thing Claudia never saw the footage of Cmdr Toombs shooting Skull One during the fight against Mirya's forces.
Ya, he wouldn't have lived long, and they won't have ever found the body.

"Lisa, when you accidentally shot down Rick, what command sequence did you use with fire control?"
