You'll have to talk to Pike when he pays his internet bill.

I played a preacher once, he was a ton of fun.
Pike wrote:Shouldn't be long now guys, if anyone is still interested.

The internet tends to reduce communication, is the only reason I ask.
I am interested.

Anyone else want to post their characters so we can work out some common background while Pike decides on a start date?

Atomic Ray wrote:(upon approval from the GM)
"Doc" or A-1
He will tell you his story, he is not ashamed of his origins, how can one be ashamed of where you were created? For 0201034-A1 it was a lab. As part of a government research project A-1 was a subject in a chemical education program. Series of nanites carrying packages of data that were absorbed in key sections of his brain. Memory cues were also installed to help the brain associate the data with experience. With extensive therapy and training A-1 was able to come to terms with the process and was the only one of the group test to be released as he cleared all the testing without failure. He can come across as odd because he views the world with an analytical approach. He finds humor in the world around him but tends to laugh on the inside.
Of all the knowledge package cues it was the medical sciences that aligned the cleanest with his brain and in the end his mind. The science and medical aspects seem to put the uneasy elements of being a subject of an experiment, it made sense to him.
The physical training was an interesting mix of disciplines from yoga to high wire walking. The tests favored some of the other test subjects and after a point he lost contact with those that excelled in the PT projects as they were moved to a different location.
When exposed to cybernetics and bionics A-1 bloomed again, seeing the potential for repairing the ravages of the violent world; which he was exposed to due the implanted memories.
In the end he was a 13yr old kid with the maturity, experience, knowledge, and memories of a 50yr old. To account for this paradox, A-1 has taken cosmetic steps to age himself to fit the man within.
It has been 13yrs since he left the lab. He returns when he is able to report his successes and failures, as he knows the experiment is not over.
He finds it odd that people find his name difficult to grasp, but for him it is what it is...but he will answer to "Doc", A-1, 0201034-A1, or other as he is fairly tolerant...but he does find the names that other people take or have to be interesting and worthy of note.
