He's had several, but an entirely new, updated design would rather defeat the point of a commemorative retro item... which is what the allegedly offending item is.

Looks like form most reports the 2 sides have filed a motion to dismiss, Hasbro prolly paid HG off to keep this out of courts where they know they would lose big time...

On the plus side now HG can concentrate on getting final approvals done for RRT. Then off to the manufacture.
