Human: Homo-Infernicus
Original Animal Characteristics:
Description: About a year after the skeleton of the skeleton of the Angel was found, another skeleton was found in a cave that was half a world away from where the Angel skeleton was discovered. This skeleton could not be more different from either normal Humans or the “Angels”. In fact it was so different that when first discovered, the people thought that it may have been some type of alien being. Once the skeleton was fully uncovered, it was found to have characteristics of what could be considered to be the “classic” Demon or Devil from different religions. Upon further in-depth studies of the skeletal remains, it was found that it was also, just like the Angel remains, to be a variant of human. But a variation that was taken to the extreme due to differing environmental and climatic changes.
Once news about the new discovery got out to the world at large, there was mass panic in many cities across the globe. After about a week of civil unrest, the governments of the world and many of the main religious leaders (including the Pope in Rome) called for the people to calm down. But, about two months after the mass riots had calmed down, a group broke into the storage facility of the museum that was holding onto the remains for study and stole the remains. The group (which was a different group from the ones who stole the Angel skeletal remains) had left a note where the remains were kept that said that they were seizing the remains for themselves so they can bring about the coming of a “Hell on Earth”.
After a two month world wide man hunt, the group was located, but unfortunately they didn’t have the remains with them. The leader of the cult told the officials that they will never be discovered because, once the group had extracted the needed DNA from the remains in order to clone the creature. The leader then told the official that they had destroyed the remains so they couldn’t be studied anymore. The leader then told the people who were interrogating him that the group had impregnated a number of women through out the world with the cells of the being so they can finalize the plans that were starting to come together after many years of waiting and preparing. The leader then told the official that, by using the beings once they had reached adult-hood, they were going to become the main rulers of the planet and all the people would bow down before the “Children of the One True God”.

Here's another one done:
Reptile: Lotosaurus
Original Animal Characteristics:
Description: The Lotosaurus is a species of dinosaur-like reptiles that lived in China and lived during the Early Triassic Period of Earths history. It generally had body features that were similar to the Dimetrodon, namely due to the fact that it had a sail that ran down it’s back, although it wasn‘t as tall. The Lotosaurus is one of the many creatures that were brought back by the Chinese government in hopes of bringing a massive amount of tourism into the country. But, unfortunately, they were, generally unsuccessful due to the fact that the climate was a bit too different for the creatures to generally survive in large areas of land. The only land that they could put the enclosures for the new creatures was along the coastal regions of the country. When the Crash happened, and large amounts of humanity were wiped out (with about 90-95% of the human population in China being wiped out) and the various animal species were mutating into new and more humanoid forms, the Lotosaurus became one of the main workers of China and continental Asia.

Head is more broader, beak is shorter and looks more “fleshy“, and the tail is about ½ as long as what it was. The sail-like projection now looks like it’s just a strangely protruding spinal column,

Here's another mutant for you all:
Reptile: Pareiasaurus
Original Animal Characteristics:
Description: The Pareiasaurus is a extinct species of Reptile called an Anapsid Reptile that lived during the Permian Period (about 250 million years ago). The range it lived in consisted of South Africa and parts of Europe. It was actually quite massive in body and usually moved at a slow rate. It also had many unusual features that caused scientists to wonder. When the Gene-tech became available on the open market, those people that had studied life in the Permian period decided that they wanted to take a look to see if they could bring back the creature for study. They managed to bring back about 250 of the creatures for study in order to see what made it “tick”.
But when the Crash happened, about 200 managed to escape from the labs that they were in and started to migrate to more warmer climates in Europe. Most managed to get to the various islands in the Mediterranean Sea between Africa and Europe. Some managed to go to North Africa, finding a fair number of Uninhabited valleys to live in with plenty of food and water. The ones that migrated to Africa became known as peaceful nomads who treated everyone with respect and helped those that needed it.

Has small feet and stubby toes and a tail that’s 1/3 of the length of the body. Skin colouration is gray and has lumps, warts and bumps covering the body. Eyes are on either side of the head, large nostrils, and no external ears.
5 BIO-E for Partial: Looks more humanoid in appearance. Body is more rounded, skin is less “flabby” in appearance, limbs are thicker, more muscular. Tail is just a stub, toes are longer, but still thick. Eyes are more forward facing, nostrils are still large, no external ears. Skin is bumpy and still covered in bumps.
10 BIO-E for Full: Looks human, but is thick bodied with saggy skin that’s covered in bumps and warts. Here's a VERY unique mutant for all of you good people:
Reptile: Sharovipteryx
Original Animal Characteristics:
Description: Sharovipteryx was an early gliding reptile that lived during the middle to late Triassic period (230-225 million years ago). It is thought that it may have been closely related to (or perhaps an ancestral form of) Pterosaurs. They mainly lived in woodlands of Central Asia and mainly lived in trees. It’s main mode of movement is to leap from one tree, spread it’s rear legs, pulling large flaps of skin that stretch from the rear legs to about an inch down the tail, and glide to the next tree or to catch prey. It does have the ability to walk with little or no problem.
Once Gene-tech was spread through out the world, many scientists started bringing back creatures that they wanted to study. One of these creatures was the Sharovipteryx, which scientists wanted to study due to it’s unique mode of travel and how it was possible for it to do so. Once the Crash happened, the Sharovipteryx escaped the pens and enclosures that they were kept in and started to populate large area’s of land, but mainly stayed in the cities and forests, where they could use the skyscrapers and large trees to live and move around in.

No external ears.
5 BIO-E for Partial: Long, thin body with skinny arms and legs, short tail, large head and eyes, bright scales and large flaps of skin connecting the back of the legs to the tail. Front limbs are longer then before, but are still short when compared to the rear limbs. No external ears.

It was believed that, when a predator threatened it, the creature was able to pull it’s head and limbs into it’s shell like it’s modern relatives.
The Colossochelys Atlas was one of the species that was brought back for the tourist trade using Gene-tech. After the Crash happened, the surviving members of the various governments that had recreated the creature decided to put the newly mutating creatures to work as field workers and Construction workers.

Damn it, Rathor! These bastards are the bane of book collectors! I panic every time I see one of the little ####ers, since I'm left to wonder how many more are breeding in my bookcases and art files! And while indiviudally easy to squish, they're much more difficult to protect against in general!

Mutant animal scholars the new world over will rise en masse!
Bookbinders will take up arms!

Here's a possible mutant base or gene donor...so odd, it's fantastic:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metasepia_pfefferiThe 'Flamboyant Cuttlefish'...
It can hardly swim; it WALKS along the bottom, and it has poisonous flesh(equivalent in toxicity to the blue-ringed octopus).
It's also insanely colorful, to warn of its poisonous nature.

Paparazzi....there's no bag limit, and no celebrity will prevent you from coming onto their grounds to hunt them.
They can also be easily tracked, especially at night, by the sound of their camera shutters and the flash of their flash bulbs.
Also, their TMZ accounts and blogs make it fairly easy to track them before even stepping outside into the field.

Most Mantis Shrimp species live in Tropical or Sub-Tropical sea’s (Indian or Pacific Oceans between Eastern Africa and Hawaii. Although, there are a view species that are known to live in temperate seas.
In the time of After the Bomb, the Mantis Shrimps that have mutated have become well known as deep sea explorers and pioneers. But there are still a few mutant Mantis Shrimp colonies that generally react with the predatory instinct of they’re base creatures (I.E. hunting other creatures, both normal animals and mutant animals, for food or generally causing havoc wherever they go).

mantis Shrimp at the big wiki.
they're pretty cool little creatures. anything which can see better with one eye than we can with two has to be worth adding to the game.
btw, they can't see gravitational waves. they an however see about 10x the colors we can...

Here's you request done, Taalismn. I hope you like it:
Pfeffer’s Flamboyant Cuttlefish
Original Animal Characteristics:
Description: The Metasepia Pfefferi (also known as Pfeffer’s Flamboyant Cuttlefish) is a subspecies of cuttlefish that lives in the waters of various islands of the Indo-Pacific, including the Northern portion of Australia (which ranges from the East coast of Africa, all the way to the Mid-Pacific and from the waters surrounding the island of Madagascar, North to the Persian Gulf/Red Sea/Arabian Sea). The Pfeffer’s Flamboyant Cuttlefish, unlike other species of Cuttlefish, is only able to walk along the bottom of shallow waters (3-86 m deep). The Cuttlefish have a total of 8 arms (although the males have 9, one of which is used for mating purposes).
In the time after the “Crash”, the Pfeffer’s Flamboyant Cuttlefish mutants have become known as shallow-water farmers. Farming areas for kelp and having non-mutant fish as cattle and livestock. Some even become hunters in order to hunt for other prey or to protect any colony from attack.
Size Level: 1.
Length: 8 cm (3.1 Inches).
Weight: 2-5 lbs.
Build: Medium.
Mutant Changes and Costs:
Total BIO-E: 80.
Attribute Bonuses: +1 I. Q., +2 P.S.
Human Features:
Hands: Automatically Partial: Tentacles function as Partial Hands. Limbs are broad, short and blade-like in appearance.
5 BIO-E for Full: Tentacles develop small “branches“ at the ends that function as Full hands. Must be purchased for each set of Tentacles. Tentacles are longer and less blade-like in appearance.
Biped: Note: Cuttlefish have 8 tentacles (although males have 9, which they use for mating purposes).
None: Uses it’s tentacles for locomotion, pulling itself along the ocean floor. While this can be done without penalty to spd., the animal must use the majority of its tentacles to maintain balance. In combat, this means that only a single pair of limbs may be used to hold weapons. Any more then this and the animal will lose its balance.
5 BIO-E for Partial: Four (4) of the tentacles become larger and stronger, capable of supporting the character’s weight. The remaining limbs may be used to hold weapons in combat. The animal also develops a rough torso, separating the limbs used for movement from the limbs used for grasping and tool usage.
10 BIO-E for Full: A single pair of tentacles become strong enough to support the character‘s weight. The animal now has a fully developed torso, and all the remaining limbs may be used to hold tools or weapons.
Speech: 5 BIO-E for Partial. 10 BIO-E for Full.
Looks: None: Large head that sags in the back, eyes will be large and round, and capable of moving independently of each other. Skin can change colour and is capable of creating projections from the loose skin in order to better hide while in search of prey or to protect itself from predators.
10 BIO-E for Partial: Head is large with a beak located where the mouth would be on a human. Tentacles protrude from the upper torso, while the tentacles used for mobility are clearly attached to a humanoid lower torso. Has a large sack that hangs from the back of the head and hangs loosely. No one is going to mistake the character for a human unless heavily disguised and in a very dark environment.
Looks: Full is NOT possible.
Natural Weapons:
5 Bio-E for 1D4 damage Beak.
15 Bio-E for Poisonous Flesh: This allows the creature to have creature to have flesh that is toxic to any animal that tries to eat it. Anyone who eats the flesh must make a save vs. lethal poison or take 3D6 damage direct to Hit Points. A successful save means half (½) damage.

10 Bio-E for Chameleon Skin: Identical to the Chameleon Mouse’s power (See After the Bomb, Pg 130).
15 Bio-E for Projection Creating Skin: This allows the mutant to create points and other projections out of its skin, in order to allow it to hide in plain sight more easily. This gives the mutant a +5 to Hide (this is mainly when the mutant is hiding underwater, amongst Kelp, corral or an area where there is a large amount of rocks).
Vestigial Disadvantages:
-5 Bio-E for Reptile Brain: Predator.
-5 Bio-E for each pair of Vestigial Tentacles: Limbs that hang limply and do not work at all.

Placodont: Placochelys
Original Animal Characteristics:
Description: The Placochelys looks similar to a Sea Turtle, but lived during the Triassic period from Germany. The animal mainly lived in swamps and evolved a similar shape, due to its lifestyle, to Turtles, even if it wasn’t a true Turtle. The group that it belonged to died out (as a group) 200 million years ago.
With the coming of Gene-tech and Gene Splicing, it was a minor animal that was brought back from extinction by the German government. But when the Crash happened, the animals that survived, managed to get to lakes, rivers, ponds and any swamps. As some stared to mutate, they became what would commonly be called “Swamp-Stumpers” due to the fact of where they lived.

Well, I've got another mutant done up for all of you good folks. But before I post it, I just wanted to let everyone know that I THINK that I've got some more African animals to do mutants up on.
Well, Here's the new mutant, I hope you all like it
Turtle: Proganochelys
Original Animal Characteristics:
Description: The Proganochelys is the second oldest Turtle species discovered, living during the late Triassic at about 210 million years ago. The only known fossils of this Turtle were found in Germany and Thailand. The Proganochelys shared a fair bit of the features that modern Turtles of today have. Such as a normal looking shell, which consisted of bones, including the ribs, that are fused together to form a solid plate.
The fossils of Proganochelys held a wealth of evolutionary information on the evolution of Turtles. It has a lot of the same characteristics as turtles, but at the same time it had a lot of primitive characteristics that are quite different from Turtles. Despite all of the information gathered on the large, prehistoric species of Turtle, the origins of Proganochelys, like those of its shell, remain a mystery.
This is one of the reasons that scientists recreated the Proganochelys with Gene-tech. It was thought that maybe they could somehow find a way to possibly push the boundaries of their knowledge of Turtles and how far back they could possibly go on the evolutionary scale. But, when the Crash happened, this all came to a screeching halt.
As the world started to recover, and all the animals were in the process of mutating into more humanoid forms, the Proganochelys creatures, at least the ones that had escaped from the facilities that were housing them, started to become known as sages and wise men due to the fact that they are of such a long and dignified heritage.
Size Level: 3.
Length: 1 metre (3.3 ft).
Weight: 25-80 lbs.
Build: Short.
Mutant Changes and Costs:
Total BIO-E: 75.

Looks: None: Looks like a large Turtle, except that it has spikes on its neck to protect both the back of the head and the neck, it also has a long tail that was equipped with bony spikes and a large cluster of spines near the end of the tail.
5 BIO-E for Partial: Looks vaguely humanoid in appearance, has a bald head with tiny bumps and two holes for a nose, scaly skin, a long neck that is covered in somewhat sharp bumps on the back of it, a round body and a hard, outer shell. Also has a small tail.

Here's another interesting mutant for all of you:
Turtle: Stupendemys
Original Animal Characteristics:
Description: The Stupendemys is a species of giant, prehistoric Turtle that lived in Northern South America. It lived from the late Miocene up until the very start of the Pliocene (about 5-6 million years ago). It was the largest Turtle that ever existed, with a carapace that surpassing even the largest ocean-going Turtle Archelon.
There are two sub-species of Stupendemys that are known. The first is known as Stupendemys Geographicus, which was found in Venezuela, and was more robust. The second species is known as Stupendemys Souzai, which was found in Brazil, and was marginally smaller and slender then Geographicus. It’s thought that, due to it’s large and heavy weight, it was able to stay underwater for extended periods of time, grazing on aquatic plants. It was also thought that it was a weak swimmer, unable to move it’s bulk against, and probably avoided smaller streams.
When the Crash happened, the two recreated Stupendemys species, that were brought back for possible studies for different subjects, started to mutate and eventually became river farmers and rangers for the various mutant animal factions that shared the area of living as them. Eventually, some members became very rich and powerful.

Here's another mutant for all of you, I hope that you like it:
Reptile: Thalattosaur
Original Animal Characteristics:
Description: The Thalattosaur is a member of a group of prehistoric Marine Reptiles that lived from the mid to late Triassic period. They are generally accepted as, what’s commonly known, as Diapsids (which includes Crocodiles, Lizards, Snakes and Tuatara). Fossils of Thalattosaur have generally been found in British Columbia. They generally spent most of their time in the water, owing the fact that their fossils show that they lived near water sources.
With the coming Gene-tech sciences, scientists decided to study the Thalattosaur in hopes that they could find possible other links that are shared with the different animal species that inhabited the world at different periods of time. But when the Crash happened, and a fair number of experimental animals escaped, the various Thalattosaur species that had been recreated found there ways into the oceans of the world and started settling in fairly large numbers.
As time moved on, and the various animal species were mutating, the Thalattosaur’s became known as the main sources for the farming of shellfish and other types of aquatic non-mutant animals.

Well, here's a new prehistoric mutant for you all:
Castorocauda
Original Animal Characteristics:
Description: The Castorocauda was a species of small, semi-aquatic relative to the Mammal family. It had lived during the mid-Jurassic period of Earth’s history (about 154 million years ago). It’s fossil’s were found in lakebed sediments of an area called the Daohugou beds, which are located in Inner Mongolia. It’s a type of creature that has, what’s commonly called, Convergent Evolution. In the case of Castorocauda, it has features that are more commonly found in Beavers, Otters and the Platypus.
When Gene-tech first hit the markets, one of the first types of creatures that Biologists wanted to try and study (after trying to study other, more common prehistoric creatures) was the various ancient creatures. The Biologists, and other Scientists, that generally studied mammals had decided to take a look at creatures that were mammal-like in appearance and physiology (also called Mammaliaformes). One of the creatures that had garnered more interest was the Castorocauda. But when the Crash happened, and the various animals that were kept in captivity escaped, the Castorocauda made their way to the various waterways, lakes and oceans. After they got to the waterways, lakes and oceans, they eventually became known as River Runners.

Well, here's another mutant for all of you:
Pakicetus
Original Animal Characteristics:
Description: The Pakicetus is a creature that once lived in Pakistan, during the Eocene period of Earths history (55.8 to about 40 million years ago). Many Palaeontologists regard it as a close relative to the direct ancestors to modern Whales and other Cetaceans. It is thought that the Pakicetus was Semi-Aquatic in nature.
With the coming advanced sciences (including the advent of Gene-tech), governments were able to improve on the living conditions for their people. In the area of the Middle East, the various governments decided to create new sources of water and food for their people. One of the area’s of high-technology was the area for creating, or finding, new sources of water in order to raise hardy crops.
After a few years of study, Pakistan became the leading authority of finding new water sources. After they finished making/creating/finding new sources, some members of the government decided that they needed to find a way to protect this new source, so they started to study various forms of life that either once existed or are still in existence.
One of these creatures that they decided to study was the Pakicetus (along with any other possible family members along that line) and a form of predatory Camel that could survive the possibility of needing to go into the harsh environment of the desert.
When the Crash happened, the Pakicetus and predatory Camels started to mutate, gaining intelligence and more humanoid forms. Eventually, the Pakicetus became what will eventually become known as Water Barons, while they used the Predatory Camels as body guards and soldiers to protect themselves, their families and their investments. The relationship eventually became such a success that both groups would start to enjoy the symbiotic relationship.

Well, as promised, here's a new mutant that goes with the Pakicetus that I did up:
Carnivorous Camel (A.K.A. The Devil Camel)
Original Animal Characteristics:
Description: The Carnivorous Camel was originally created to be a combination of guard, riding and draft animals. They are creatures that are a mix of Camel and various dog species. Normally, some of the genetic material that was used was more “vicious” in nature, but the mixture somehow offset the problems that would normally be there.
When the Crash happened, the Camels joined up with the Pakicetus, who were more intelligent, and started to create a civilisation in which the Pakicetus controlled the water sources while the Camels worked as their body guards, warriors and workers that mainly do the heavy lifting.

New mutant time. Although, this one took me a while to figure out, due to the fact that I wanted to figure out the best possible way to connect the Ganeshi to them. So I went with what I thought would be best. If any GM's out there wants to do a game arch on the battles between the 2 groups, go right ahead:
Cat: Asiatic Cheetah (Purebred)
Original Animal Characteristics:
Description: The Asiatic Cheetah is a sub-species of Cheetah that lived in Asia Minor, but only 70-100 are left living in Iran. It’s habitat once spread through out Southwest Asia, ranging from Arabia to India and including Afghanistan. The Asiatic Cheetah has a long, and lustrous history through out Asia Minor, which took place over 67,000 years or so.
But with the Advent of Gene-tech, the various governments of Asia minor decided to bring back the Asia Cheetah form near-extinction. After the Crash happened, and the various animals started to mutate, the Asiatic Cheetah mutants started to form tribes (unlike their normal animal ancestors) for mutual protection. After awhile, as they started to gain in numbers and encountering other mutants, one of the larger tribes moved into India and encountered the Ganeshi. After a few brief battles, the Ganeshi won the admiration of the Asiatic Cheetahs, and vice versa, at which point, both groups decided on a (relatively) peaceful settlement. The Ganeshi hired the remainder of the tribe as their “bodyguards”, even though they were more like soldiers and warriors, taking the fighting that they Ganeshi didn’t want to dirty their hands in doing. This “settlement” became mutually beneficial to both groups.
Size Level: 8.
Length: 112-135 cm.
Weight: 34-54 Kg.
Build: Long.

5 Bio-E for 2D4 damage Teeth.
10 Bio-E for 2D6+3 damage Teeth.
10 Bio-E for 3D6 damage Running Claws.

5 Bio-E for Advanced Smell.
10 Bio-E for Extra Intelligence Quotient.
10 Bio-E for Beastly Strength.
10 Bio-E for Advanced Hearing.

Sorry about not posting lately, folks. I've just been feeling under the weather as of late. So, here's the latest addition to the mutnt roster for all of you:
Lemur: Koala Lemur
Original Animal Characteristics:
Description: The Koala Lemur (also known as Megaladapis) was a form of Giant Lemur that lived up until 500 (or so) years ago on the island of Madagascar. It is often believed that numerous tales of the Malagasy people about a creature that they call the Tretretretre or the Tratratratra refers to the Koala Lemur. Due to its tree-grasping nature made the Koala Lemur vulnerable to environmental changes to the forests of Madagascar. After they died out, numerous skeletons and other portions of the creature were preserved, thus allowing scientists to study them.
With the advent of Gene-tech, The Koala Lemur was brought back from the other side of extinction. After being brought back, they became a semi-popular attraction in the small zoos on the island and other nations that had zoo’s that exhibited unusual creatures (such as various other species of Lemur).
When the Crash happened, the various Lemur species started to congregate into various clans and tribes until finally, they started a new nation that allowed every person equal say in the various matters.

5 BIO-E for Partial: Body is more thin in appearance, but is still bulky in appearance, face is more flat, but still has a noticeable snout. Rear legs are closer to the body, while the eyes are more forward-facing then before. Original Animal Characteristics:
Description: The Large Sloth Lemurs (also known as Palaeopropithecus) was a species of giant \Lemur that once lived on the island of Madagascar. New radiocarbon dating indicate that Large Sloth Lemurs may have still been living around 1500 A.D. It is mentioned in the local peoples (known as the Malagasy) legends as the Tratratratra. It was an Arboreal creature, meaning that it lived in the trees with the movement similar to a Tree Sloth due to what is commonly called “convergent Evolution“.
When it was recreated using Gene-Tech and the E.G.G.’s, a fair amount of scientists and Historians applauded the bringing back of a creature from the distant (but still close to today) past. But when the Crash happened, The Large Sloth Lemurs migrated with the rest of the lemur species to the remaining forests, where they separated into clans and communities. The Large Sloth Lemurs eventually became known as top-of-the-line Hedgers, but for forest canopies, creating beautiful statues of greenery.
