3)25 of the world,s cities get teleported to another planet.
4)New England of 2007 get teleported to 1987 earth.
5)Space stations of 2098 gets teleport to 1998.

An attempt to rig future elections using hacked digital count electronic voting machines accidentally results in America electing its first Artificial INtelligence President....President NASH(National Administration Software Homunculi) promises it will listen to every on-line input of Americans, and an expansion of telecommunciations so participation in democratic processes becomes as easy as using a cellphone...

The weather of the Earth includes storms of magic energy, akin to leyline energy, that wreak chaos, including resurrecting the dead and setting them losse as zombies to menace the living...but only within the borderso the storms...for this reason, most peoples cremate their dead or make sure burials are extra secure(corpses are staked to the ground, caged, or elseburied under massive concrete lids....)...Other anomalies associated with the storms include extra-dimensional monsters, fires that cannot be extinguished by normal means, mutating animals, and sudden bouts of magic-induced illnesses...
For this reason, certain regions are particularly avoided for their frequent storms, and hurricane and typhoon seasons are particularly feared....

Wayne Barlow's book and video -Expedition-....a stidy of an alien world where the seas of the planet dried up and become so dense with accumulated minerals and adapting microbial life that the seas became jelly....a few macrolifeforms lived in it, worming their way through, while other forms, including massive leviathan 'striders', fed on the surface, massive mouths in their feet skimming off layers of jelly-mat with each monstrous stride...

The book by Wayne Barlowe was called simply _Expedition_
The CGI special based on it was called _Alien Planet_

Or what if the RM ended up on an Earth that was ruled by the God Pantheons, or by people so advanced they simply stripped the entire Zentraedi fleet of its ability to wage war, imprisioned its leaders, did the same to the Robotech Masters, and did the same to the invading Invid....
Could you imagine a maximum security prison tough enough to hold Dolza, Khyron, the Robotech Masters and Elders, and the Invid Regis for trial? The trial itself? The possible sentences?(I kinda see the Regis getting stripped of her 'godhood' and locked in a mortal form for several years to experience life as one of the 'inferior lifeforms' she attempted to attack and wipe out...in one of the Rifters, there's a Summoner spell that would do the job quite nicely if made semi-permanent...)...
The Pantheons simply regard the Flower of Life as an interesting plant and have no real interest in it, and would rather the Earth be left alone...except that all these alien jerks keep coming around...Og sure, some of the warrior deities have taken a shine to the Zentraedi, the Olympians like the Tirolians, and a few of the more esoteric gods like Zarathustra(and some of the nature god-beings), and their followers, can sympathize with the Invid...so the disarmed populations of each respective group of invaders are settled in the nation-regionsof each pantheonic following....

I did have a character whose FIRST name was Evil(Vardan)...made for some fun conversations and introductions...
"Hi, I'm Evil!"
"And who's your friend there?"
"Oh, he's Evil!"

Now that you mention that in the Rifter story "The Hammer of the Forge" the TGE was working on a weapon that utilized Black holes. I'd have to go and dig my copy out of that particular issue. But you are right that would take tensions up to an all new levels there. Talk about polarizing the 3Gs.

...what of the Shadow Realm/Plane found a way of creating black holes as a way of absorbing the material universe into their dominion?

I have heard that theory about power thru black holes. But I've also heard about them not lasting that long either.

James Sheffield gets a lot of mileage out of using small singularities ('kernals') as a major part of drive systems.....David McCollum also used mini-blackholes as parts of fusion drive systems..not sure of the exact mechanics, though...

Kinda sounds like the Magog from the tv show
Andromeda.
Although Black Holes need not be just a weapon. I heard one guy suggest micro-black holes (ones only weighing a few tons with an event horizon the diameter of an atomic nulei) could be harnessed for energy generation (by feeding it matter)
auctually a smaller black hole would be so massive it would not survive beyond a few seconds. but, ofcourse this is just a theory
According to theory, a black hole weighing 1000 tons would survive (if you stopped feeding it) for roughly 84 seconds, before detonating most unpleasantly.
It would also have a power output of something on the order of 24 gigawatts at that size.

Mars never looses its atmosphere and a civilization forms there along with the planet earth. In the early part of the 21st century peaceful contact is made between the two worlds. Five years later ambassadors are exchanged. About 10 years later the two worlds start a major joint project to colonize the entire solar system within two hundred years. Both of the planets later on work on another joint project to expand out into the local star clusters and assemble teams to get ships out there as quickly as the can, since the population of the solar system has increased dramatically since the two made peaceful contact. They leave the solar system 100 years later and establish several colonies among the stars.
