So imagine this, the picture is a head shot of a worried looking Flooper with a large caliber revolver pointed at the d-bee's temple and the caption in large letters reads

"BUY THIS GAMING SUPPLEMENT OR WE WILL SHOOT THIS FLOOPER!"

I predict modest sales at best.

Overlords of the XXIII Century had a similar ad for quite a while... only it involved a baby seal.

If the homage is being made to the original National Lampoon cover, then it should feature a dog boy. I do recall Marvel Comics doing something similar at one point years ago. The cover of one book read, "Buy this comic, or and we shoot this skrull." I suggest sending the link for this thread to one of Palladium's regular freelance artists.

I prefer "Since you didn't buy this book we shot Pepe."
