If this has already been covered somewhere, point me to the topic. I enjoyed Rifter0, any chance of a Rifter .5 (or, even better, Rifter 1.0!)

That thread is over yonder. Matthew is editing another issue, but he has several projects developing at the same time. He's currently doing the Palladium Open House-thing. The cut-off for submissions was in late 2008, but I submitted some other materials anyway in case there would be a third issue. My best uneducated guess (really more of a hope) would be that an issue gets released once per year. The first release came out sometime in summer of 2008 (right?), so I wouldn't expect another release until at least mid-summer of this year.
