If I was to guess based on what your saying (I'm not familar with the article your talking about) I would say it may show up in Beyond Arcanum.

Re: Time to resurrect Nostrom: Agents Against Darkness?
Ok, so I went home last night, dug out and brushed the dust off of my MOPS and read the pages you mentioned. Turnes out that I do recall these items (I read them when they were new words back in 1990!) but it all got buried under the barrage of other Palladium games I went on to play (I know Ive told my story several times on this forum now, I wont repeat).
So here are my thoughts after refreshing the articles;
-This looks like they wer going for a day day Cthuhlu like setting, complete with the 7 evils
-The article was posted in June of 1990 and it read that its a sourcebook and it was due in late August and even had a note of "48 pages" and a cost attached (there's a quick snippet about it again on page 85 in the revised N&S add). I would agree with Memph that perhaps the manuscript came back flat or perhaps it got buried under all the Rifts buzz (rifts was just taking off at the time). Perhaps its still intact in a Palladium vault somewhere. I almost want to contact Kevin about. I wish I read this before I went up there last May as I would have inquired with all my other BTS questions.
-Another interesting note is this was due out in August with Boxed Nightmares coming in October. Somehow this one got lost along the way and Boxed Nightmares came out instead! Weird.
-About the Synchonicist; Based on my understading of the word synchronize and from the defifition from Webster "to represent or arrange (events) to indicate coincidence or coexistence " I think this class became the Diviner. I could be way off on that.
-My last thought is that if a manuscript does exist, its probrably extremely outdated. The note on pg 84 mentioned that the evil group was out to insure that Nostradoms visions of the world engulfed in flames an war did indeed occour. Kevin right now cant even get the other two core books out right now and so I doubt ressurecting this lost gem is anywhere in the fire.
I agree again with Memph that the idea sounds really cool and sadly in its absence, many other similar themed books have come out with other companies (See "The Esoterrorists" by Pelgrane Press for example). But those books lack the "Palladium Touch" in my opinion. This book deserves to see the light of day.

Re: Time to resurrect Nostrom: Agents Against Darkness?
Hey... I accidentally ran into this earlier today on the Frequently asked questions page...
Q. What happened to the new BTS books we've been hearing about for so long? Darkings, Nostromo: Agents of Darkness, The Lazlo Agency and the UFT Conspiracy?
A. The Lazlo Agency and the UFO Conspiracy are being worked on at the moment. Alex Marciniszyn is working on the UFO book and will hopefully have it done soon. Darklings and Nostromo were both products proposed by a former employee, we still don't know what we want to do with these two.

How old is this FAQ information? "soon" could be more than 5 years ago.
