I would encourage you look through the classes and get an idea of how they work before you go any further.

BTS is a very low powered game and your not going to find super speed as one of your options.

The class I'd recomend based on your input sounds like the "Physical Psychic" class would be the one to go with as you can get bonuses to speed and endurace, etc.

Physical psychic is close. Another class to look at is the Latent psychic. They can select a few abilities from several categories. One of the types of latents even has a superhero's mindset.

I think you might instead need to look at a crossover character - the Sonic Speed ability in HU2 is much closer to what you are suggesting than anything in BTS2. Of course, at that point you're really not playing BTS2 anymore as the sonic speed power is really totally out of BTS2's league.

The Nega-Psychic or Psi-nullifier aren't bad.
I was raised to beleive if you can't say something nice about a person, say nothing at all. This has led to living a very quiet life.

Yeah, there are some good classes in Psyscape, but if you want to do a lot of damage, a Genius/Natural from BTS2 is pretty sweet.

In a nutshell, the Natural is a super-athlete with a lot of bonuses and no powers. The Physical Psychic has a lot of powers and a few bonuses. Either can be built as a combat specialist, particularly a very quick and agile character similar to Daredevil. The Naturals tend to be strong right off the bat, but they don't advance as much with experience levels so they are ultimately so potentially potent than the Physical Psychics. The other suggestions (nega-psychics, firewalkers, ghost hunters) are fun to play but more geared towards specific character concepts different than your description, Hammer slinger. Most of these are available in a different form in BtS first edition (which is available as an e-book at DriveThruRPG), so you can at least read up on the flavor text and solidify your character concept better.
